Aree interne: una “marginalità” che parla al futuro
Abstract: Inner areas: a “marginal” that speaks to the future
The internal areas, especially the Apennines and more in general “mountain areas”, cannot be defined generically “marginal”. In the long term they have ensured control, regulation and use of the forest and water. Recently considered as abandoned areas, they have been looted of their resources, disrupting ecosystems and settlement networks because of the crisis in the territorial structures. It is urgent to recover, exploit and control the territory through participatory programming itineraries which the communities must be the protagonists of.
