Abstract: The multifunctional daily market as a resilient trade
The paper analyses some daily markets that have changed in recent years as to become multitasking services (not only selling products but, for example, cooking and preparing dishes). Moreover, food could be the justification for organizing courses, theatrical performances and so on. All these activities may offer an opportunity to increase revenues, in a time of crises.
